Alright everyone I need your opinion on this Note, like seriously, it's so funny how dimwitted and uneducated people can be XD

So, about a week or so ago, My boyfriend and I were out walking my dog, we went our usual route, heading towards the local coffee shop. As we were passing through the parking lot, it is very narrow by the way, there were about 4 or so SUVs/vans driving through, my dog, in a little bit of a panic,ran towards the cars, and in turn my boyfriend thought fast and yanked him quickly over to his legs.

not even seconds later, a lady started calling form her car to us, accusing my boyfriend of being cruel to my dog. Beause quote" he is little." and that Quote "You should pick it up by its legs." [ which is even more cruel in my mind.]Size doesn't matter, for the factor was that he was gonna get hit by a moving vehicle, and my boyfriend yanked him over by the collar to his feet, I honestly thought the cruel thing to do would be letting him get hit? , The best part was when she told my boyfriend she could get him thrown in jail and to watch out, oh did I fail to mention she was this total RANDOM rich,snobby scatterbrained bimbo who thought she was doing a "good deed" when the reality is, she probably owns no dog of her own, and could get in trouble herself for harassment.
